ECEN 303 - 15 hours a week?? So my prof Serap Savari starts the course off with a terrible lecture, and says that this course will take 15 hours a week between class, homework, and studying. I normally brush these statements off but the TA apparently took the course semi-recently and also said it was hard.
303 with Shen is an easy A, and 322 with Nevels has literally been my favorite class that I've taken in my entire life (and 445 for the same reason) That being said, fuck 314 and fuck fuck fuck 350 labs. And if you take 451, God rest your soul. And it's actually funny, the only ECEN class I ever got a C in was 214.
The background material required to go through this course is some undergraduate level understanding of signals and systems, graduate level understanding probability and random processes and basic linear algebra and vector space concepts that we typically cover in ECEN 601. We will try to summarize the main results that are required in these areas.
